Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you submit, such as:

• Topic of your message
• Your name
• Phone number or email address (so organizers can respond)
• Your message
• Which page or event you contacted us from

How we use information

We use contact form submissions only to respond to your question, volunteer offer, or event-related request. Organizers may receive an internal alert (including by SMS to designated staff phones) containing your submission so we can reply promptly.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact form data for advertising or unrelated marketing.

SMS and phone

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing text messages. We do not send bulk SMS to the public through this form. See our SMS Notification Policy for details.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and run the event, then deleted or archived at organizers' discretion.
